In the latest of the president's goofy lies to go reported but unchallenged by the New York Times, Dumbya claimed at a press conference in Chicago that North Korea's test missiles, had they actually been operational and had they been aimed at the United States, could have been intercepted. How? By using our missile defense system, of course. Never mind that a working missile defense program doesn't exist.
